How a manual cryptocurrency exchange works

Choose the currency you send, the currency you receive and the network for each asset. Enter the sending amount in the calculator. The available rate and limits are loaded from the exchange API; this guide does not contain a stored price.

Before submitting, check the receiving amount, destination wallet and your contact details. Keep the request number. The operator handles settlement manually and confirms the wallet and network with you. A submitted request is not confirmation that payment has arrived or that a payout has been made.

The rate and receiving amount are saved when the request is successfully created. If the rate changes before creation, review the updated calculation before submitting again. Follow the payment instructions for your specific request and keep the transfer record.

Never send a seed phrase or private key. A receiving wallet address is different from a wallet recovery phrase. If you have an existing request, use its number when contacting support.
